In early February I traveled to Morocco to visit Erg Chigaga

I stayed at Nick and Bobo’s camp on the more isolated eastern side of the dunes

I followed the tradition of camp to have a sundowner, bringing a celebratory drink to the top of a dune for sunset

The "green place" or "great lake" the name dependent upon the amount of rainfall in the nearby mountains

From the tallest dune above the "green place", this area was more touristy and had more camps, bike tracks are visible in the sand here

The camp also provides a personal driver across the country to/from Marrakech
