Garibaldi Provincial Park
Panorama Ridge above Garibaldi Lake is the best hike in the area (18 miles round trip, 5,000 ft)
Coming back down the ridge
Late September had some snow on the ridge, but no summer flies. Black Tusk can be climbed from the campground in the meadows
Garibaldi Lake from the trees
Wedgemount Lake
The trail to Wedgemount Lake gains 4,000 ft straight uphill with no switchbacks (9 miles round trip). The extra hike to the glacier is recommended
Keyhole Falls
There is no trail to Keyhole Falls and a full day must be dedicated to reaching it. The directions I used are here. I chose to hike around the upper canyon for an elevated view of the falls (51km pulloff). Hiking up the river would give the closest view, the gravel slopes on the upper canyon prevent a direct view from above.
Joffre Lakes
The middle and upper lakes are the most beautiful and easy to reach on a wide trail (7 miles return, 1200ft). Camping is allowed at the Upper Lake.

Upper Joffre Lake
Brandywine Falls
Brandywine is the other must see waterfall. There is an unofficial trail to the bottom of the falls that starts at the end of the paved walkway.
